Alice Tyler. MSW, RSW

“In the past few years, my increasing appreciation of the mind-body connection associated with trauma and other mental health issues has led me to pursue advanced training in both cognitive and somatic therapy approaches. I want to help my clients to create calmness in their bodies and to regulate their emotions and behaviour, which can then allow them to feel safe, solve problems, connect with others effectively and move forward in their lives.”
